This is my reward for walking up there on my own :)
(Also I broke my bike on the way there so I had to leave it on the foot of the hill.)
Ever since our environment has started to change colours, I wanted to go to this place, but it involves a short walk through the woods. And I hate walking through the woods alone.
We have such a beautiful weekend.
When I arrived at this meadow I had to take my sweatshirt off because it was like 24 °C. :phew:

Der Hügel unter den Herbstfarben macht mich stutzig, ob sich dort ein paar Römer-Reste verborgen halten?

Nun muss ich mal den Histo-Banausen raushängen lassen: sind die Römer bis in den Harz vorgedrungen?
Die Hügel machen den Eindruck von Aufschüttungen von Schiefer und allerlei anderem Gestein. Ich wollte schon immer mal nachfragen, was es damit auf sich hat, aber bei der letzten Dorfwanderung habe ich es schlichtweg vergessen.
